Objective:
Conducted the packaging/concept/advertisement test to find out consumer insight for the product development and promotional activity.
Tasks:
– Assigned to lead multiple quantitative and qualitative projects; managed team members, clients, and agencies.
– Designed consumer marketing research, developed questionnaire/interview flow, conducted field study, collected and analyzed data, and wrote report to give presentation for client.
– Conducted different methods of research; web survey, group/solo interview, home visit interview, home use test, online ethnography research.
